Nine of then ten books detailed are part of the library juvenile collection. The IRC's color printer is currently out of order; a service call was placed this morning for repairs. 
Dr. Mary Rycik's class has recently leveled the following five book kits in the IRC Collection:"Each leveled kit has a label placed on the bottom right corner indicating suggested reading levels; included are grade and stage (emergent, early, early fluent, and fluent), F & P (Fountas and Pinnell), and Directed Reading Assessment (DRA). A handout is provided with leveled kits and describes criteria."
The following book has been added to the circulating collection. You will find it shelved in the regular location or in the new book display in the reference area on the main floor.This is a list compiled and voted on by teen readers across the USA:
"Teens' Top Ten is a "teen choice" list, where teens nominate and choose their favorite books of the previous year! Nominators are members of teen book groups in five school and public libraries around the country—the 2007 nominees were chosen by book groups in Connecticut, Kansas, New Jersey, New Hampshire, and Utah, selected for their experience in discussing books." (ALA Teens Top Ten)

The Venda Card copy machine is currently out of order. A repair call has been placed and the machine should be operational later today.Check back in the coming months for additions to this IRC resource, including authors Angela Johnson, Mo Willems, M.E.
