AU Library Survey: Thank You

Thank you! Thank you very much!
AU Library would like to thank everyone who took time to complete the 2019 AU Library LibQUAL Survey.   At the survey's conclusion, 561 students, faculty, and staff participated in the survey; 216 comments were submitted and 75 students joined us for our kick-off event.

Survey Results
We are looking forward to reviewing survey responses and will present results on our LibQUAL guide in the near future. Over the next few weeks, survey results will be compiled by LibQUAL.org and shared with AU Library. Once that happens, we will be able to share our findings with the AU Community.

Survey Comments
We will review and categorize comment data into the three categories:  affect of service, information control, and library as a place.  When complete, word clouds will be developed and shared for data visualization purposes.

Prize Drawing
Once survey email addresses are provided to us by LibQUAL.org, we will select the winners of our prize drawings. Winners will be contacted via AU email and information will be posted here, on the IRC News & Information Blog, and in a portal announcement.

AU Library Faculty Resources

Need a refresher on all things AU Library?
AU Faculty Resources in Blackboard Learn can help.

We're Still here!
AU Library’s two Blackboard sites, AU Library Faculty Resources & AU Library Student Orientation, have been relocated from the Institution Page to Organizations. While no longer accessible from both locations, we are still here!

About AU Library Faculty Resources
This site is a starting point for resources, information, and services provided by AU Library to all faculty, with an emphasis on those teaching hybrid and online course content via Bbl. Featured here are familiar items such as Library Services for Faculty & Staff and Library Guides, and a selection of resources that may be new to you.

Information is grouped into five areas:
  • Welcome to AU Library | Overview of the site and AU Library Mission & Vision Statements, Library News and Announcements, and a feedback survey.
  • AU Library & Blackboard | This section provides information pertaining to AU Library digital resources for instruction and support. Here you will find Library Tutorials with surveys, quizzes, and course resources; Library Guides to support your course, an assignment, or provide research help; Electronic Reserves (E-Res) for your courses; and a link to AU Library's Student Orientation in Blackboard Learn.
  • AU Library & Assessment | This section provides an overview of library assessment opportunities. Featured here is a collection of assessment examples currently being used, the ACRL framework for information literacy, and standards and guidelines for libraries in higher education.
  • Faculty & Research | Learn more about using AU library and OhioLINK databases for your research and Interlibrary Loan FAQs. This area provides tips and tutorials for using Zotero with library databases.
  • Library Quick Links | AU Library has a wealth of information and resources readily available to users on our web site. These links provide quick access to the library web site, library hours, AU Library's FAQs knowledge base, and more.
Visti us in person, and online! We look forward to working with you.
