AI Playground: Play to Learn, Learn to Play!  Join us in-person or via Teams for this session exploring the custom ChatGPT Consensus. 

About the Consensus App: "Ask the research, chat directly with the world's scientific literature. Search references, get simple explanations, write articles backed by academic papers."

First Year Seminar • Activity Ticket


Exploring Archer Library, WCC, & IRC Resources

FYS Activity tickets will be given to all students attending Archer Library and WCC orientation session with their FYS class. Visit the assigned areas in Archer Library, the Instructional Resource Center, and the Writing and Communication Center, through September 30th to win a swag bag and be entered in a gift card drawing.

IRC • What's New


What's new in the IRC? 

We're glad you asked. 😊 We have two new cafe tables on the second floor! They are 36 inch square tables that seat four. Located on either side of the 2nd floor near the computers, they are available now! 💯

IRC Fall Hours


IRC Hours • Fall 2025

The IRC Fall hours schedule begins on Monday, August 25:
  • Monday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. - starting September 8
  • Tuesday - Wednesday:  8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Friday:  Online 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed
The IRC is closed daily from 1 - 2 p.m. for lunch.  IRC hours are posted on our website and a complete listing of holiday hours and updates is available on the main library hours calendar. 

Please note that IRC hours are subject to change.

IRC Hours Update


IRC Hours Update
The Instructional Resource Center will be closed Monday, August 11 - Friday, August 15. Our summer hours schedule will resume on  Monday, August 18.  IRC Hours are available on the IRC website. Hours & Updates are available on the main library hours calendar.
