AU Library: Wireless / Cloud Printing

AU Library is one of several places on campus offering wireless, or Google Cloud printing. Once printer set up is complete, work anywhere in the building and print from your laptop or mobile device to print stations on the main floor.

•  Cloud printing works with your Ashland University Google Account. 
•  Cloud printing is part of the AU print quota system. 
•  Cloud printing is possible from laptops and mobile devices.

IRC Update: Printing

The print issue has been resolved; printing from the print quota printer is once again available on the second floor and Instructional Resource Center printers. Directions for printer authentication, separate from the print quota process, have been updated and are provided on each computer.

Ask for help in the IRC if you need assistance with this authentication process.

Printing is currently unavailable on the second floor and inside the Instructional Resource Center. Our new copier / printer, part of the campus refresh, was installed last week and we are trouble-shooting access issues.  Updates will be posted as they become available. Thank you for your patience.

The second floor print quota printer/copier is once again working. If you experience any problems with printing, ask in the Instructional Resource Center for help.

The second floor print quota printer/copier is currently out of order. A service call has been placed and maintenance expected this morning. An update will be posted once the printer is operational.

Printing is available on the library main floor.

IRC Color Printer: Out of Order

The IRC color printer is currently out of order; a help ticket has been submitted and we hope to have the issue resolved in a timely manner.  If you need color prints, we recommend using the print quota color printer located in Patterson.

Network printing is currently unavailable in the IRC and/or library. I.T. has been notified and help tickets created. The problem appears to be campus wide as students report inability to print in Patterson as well.
