Celebrate Banned Books Week
Take time this week to explore Archer Library's Banned Books Week library guide. Learn more about the differences between banned vs challenged books, resources available in library collections, Banned Book Week infographics, and additional details about the Top 10 Challenged Books in 2021. New titles are not the only ones being challenged, view the section on Challenged Classics and titles such as Of Mice and Men, The Call of the Wild, and Beloved.

Phonics Scavenger Hunt


Welcome Scavenger Hunters
Are you working on your phonics scavenger hunt? We are here to help. Ask in the IRC if you need assistance locating resources on your activity worksheet.

Where is the IRC?
The Instructional Resource Center is located on the second floor of Archer Library. Look for the Phonics Scavenger Hunt display on the whiteboard outside our door. 
 
When does it start?
Today! The scavenger hunt activity begins Wednesday, September 7th. Be sure to check IRC hours prior to your visit.

Phonics Library Guide
The EDEC 140: Phonics & the English Language library guide provides information and resources about IRC and second floor equipment and collections, such as children's books and materials kits, available to AU students, faculty, and staff.
