Our LibQUAL+ survey page now features infographics, a comments Q & A, and in-progress updates on projects related to survey responses. Included are:
- Survey Basics: Data presented includes number of valid survey's submitted, how often the AU community is using the library in-person and online, and the percentage of comments focusing on the three service areas targeted by the LibQUAL survey.
- Survey Comments: Data presented includes the three areas of library service and word clouds for comments submitted in each category. Word cloud font size corresponds with the number of times a comment was noted.
- Service Summary: This section includes data summaries of data gathered about service quality, general library satisfaction, information literacy, and local questions posed for and about AU Library.
- Comment Q & A: This section includes answers to some of the frequently asked questions posted to the LibQUAL comments area.
- Library Plans: This section includes a glimpse of library projects and plans in place as a result of LibQUAL comments and survey responses. LibQUAL service areas are noted with each information section.
AU Library LibQUAL Survey dates were October 21 through November 15, 2019.
